The best things about Keepsake photos are…
What makes a good KEEPSAKE PHOTO?
Quality.
Without “quality” you have a second rate photo that may or may not last the ravages of time. Always go for quality. If it’s a choice between 100 out of focus, fuzzy concept, bad lighting photos compared to 10 better photographed, good lighting, tells a story….which would you choose?
Why should I keep a photo print? Isn’t a CD good enough?
Do you have a yearbook? I rest my case.
You would think a CD or other digital storage would be great – and it is, for today. But CD’s get damaged and the technology to use that CD may not be around when you want it most, many years from now. A print will last much longer. Example: we have wonderful photos taken by Matthew Brady of the Civil War. No CD’s, no vinyl records, no tapes.
